Grilled Calamari Steaks
Grilled calamari steaks are a delicious and flavorful seafood dish that is perfect for a light and healthy meal. The calamari steaks are marinated in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, paprika, and oregano, then grilled to perfection. Serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of freshness.
Ingredients:
- 4 calamari steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Cut up some garlic and put it in a small bowl
Add some paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper
Use the olive oil mix to coat both sides of the calamari steaks
Before you put the calamari steaks on the grill, heat it up
Cook each side for two to three minutes, or until grill marks show up and the calamari is fully cooked
Take it off the grill and serve it right away with lemon wedges
