Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix sliced peaches and granulated sugar

In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt

Stir in melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the flour mixture until just combined

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray

Spread the peaches evenly on the bottom of the slow cooker

Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the peaches

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter

Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours, or until the cobbler is set and bubbly
